Established 40 years ago, Jinya is a restaurant which boasts that 100% of pork used is domestically sourced.
To bring out the flavours in different meats, fish is cooked in steel pots, whilst other meat, in bronze pots.
You probably won’t find roasted cutlets as thick as the ones served here at any other restaurant. The restaurant also frequently has customers who just drop in at the bar, as there is a variety of alcohol and small side dishes available too.
